Ali - what wonderful "scrap" cards and what a great way to use up those scraps. Love the black pearl eye the best. I also like to use a tiny black gemstone like the ones from "Taylored Expressions" called Tiny Twinkles. I don't know what other name to use to give you an idea of what I'm talking about (sorry).

Your cards are great, wonderful way to use up some scraps. I agree, the brad eyes look creepy. Thanks for sharing.

Sweet tweets! Great use of scraps!

Oh, I love your scrappy cards, especially the third one! And totally agree about the brads. They are just too big to work well with the bird. I'm wondering if all the brads I have are ever going to get used....

Sweet, Ali!! What a great way to use your scraps!

Pearls it is, the size is better and they add a little bling. Every bird needs bling!!

Susan (peebsmama)

Great color combo on all your pretty bird cards.

I agree, the smaller eye is better; but the cards you made are beautiful!

Totally agree about the eyes - black is the way to go. The other ones just look not right. Great cards!

Ali - I've missed your posts so much. I pray that you are doing alright and not ill. I hope your silence simply means you are busy enjoying live and taking care of your family. Be well.

Hi Ali. I am new to visiting your blog! I found you via Susan :-) I love that you are doing a "use your scraps" challenge ... it is the story of my life!!! I think all of your cards are adorable and agree the smaller eyes are cuter :-)

That which is striking and beautiful is not always good, but that which is good is always beautiful.*
