Welcome to Day Two of Build-a-Bear week! This was the first little bear I made with my new dies and I think she's such a sweetie. The print on the Pawsitively Prints designer paper is very small and designed specifically for making the small bear clothes. When I saw this floral pattern, I immediately thought of little girl's pyjamas.
Her little yellow 'blankie' was made by creating faux suede. I broke down the c/stock fibers with a bone folder and pulled apart the layers to create this thin, soft fuzzy layer. (Thanks Christyann for that suggestion!)

To create the cuffs on the pants and top, I used the large oval punch and large scallop oval punch. Click on the pictures below for an enlarged view.
I hope she would bring a smile to the face of sick little girl.
Do you have a Build-a-Bear project you'd like to share? I'd love to see it. Please leave a comment with a link to your blog post or gallery upload, so we can all enjoy some Build-a-Bear inspiration!
