It's a holiday weekend here in the USA. We sort of celebrate July 4 in our family in the sense that we go to a parade, cook outs and fireworks. But we're British, so this weekend always seem a bit strange to us. In honor of America's independence from the British, here's another red, white and blue project for you.
It's for Crafty Creation's Celebrations Challenge this week. [My stamp club members might recognize this one!] We're looking for some new design team members at Crafty Creations. Head over and read this post if you are interested in joining us.
These stripes were achieved by attaching three pieces of 1/4" sticky strip to a piece of card stock measuring 3/4" x 4". I removed the sticky backing one piece at a time and sprinkled with different glitters. Always apply the white glitter or Dazzling Diamonds last otherwise small pieces of the colored glitter get stuck in the white.
Here's the inside of the card. It's a spiral pop up using SU's small star punch.

I didn't know you were British! I've always been an Anglophile and have an MA in English Literature.
Your card is fabulous! Love how you did the spiral with the star punch, and the glitter stripes are great. Thanks for the tip about putting the white on last. I'd have dorked that up for sure!
