Yes, I got to stamp for 30 minutes yesterday - it's a miracle! I kept my card super simple and it turned out a lot brighter than I planned. This isn't my normal color palate, but hey it's summer!
I used a great sketch from Stamping 411 for the layout. This is a great challenge site that I've just discovered and if you're looking for inspiration for Stampin' Up! projects, head over there asap! I also made this card for Gingersnaps Spicy Supply challenge which is to use ribbon. You all use ribbon on your cards, so head over there and enter the challenge. That's a great prize package on offer this month too.
And talking of Gingersnap Creations, there is a Design Team Call over on the blog. We're looking for a group of talented papercrafters to join us -the commitment is small and you'll have a lot of fun. We're trying to assemble a team of people with all different styles and no previous dt experience is required. What are you waiting for? Head over there and apply.
Supplies:
- Stamps: Circle Circus, Polka Dot b/ground
- Paper: Tempting Turquoise & Whisper White
- Ink: Tempting Turquoise & Melon Mambo
- Accessories: Crushed Curry polka dot ribbon, bold brights brad, chipboard circle
- Tools: Scallop edge punch, 1" circle punch, Big Shot, Top Note die

What a great fun summery card! Love the ribbon flower, especially!

Love it. sometimes colors we don't use often surprize us. I tend to stay with the same old, tried and true, but am trying to try more variety. Glad to see you are back to crafting and thanks so much for what you do for us at CCC. you are a god send!
