I haven't done a quick and easy card for ages. Today was a good day because I was short of time due to a snow delay at school.
I finally mounted my SAB sets and have started to play with them. I love this So Many Scallops set - it's perfect for quick and easy cards, as long as you have the scallop punch. I don't think I'd want to cut out the images by hand. This isn't a great picture, so I'm not sure you can see the candles, but they are different colors. I colored directly on the rubber with markers to achieve this. I thought this would make a good birthday card for a boy.
Recipe:
- Stamps: So Many Scallops, Polka Dot b/ground
- Paper: Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White, Brilliant Blue, Jersey Shore designer paper
- Ink: Pumpkin Pie, Markers - Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Brilliant Blue, Bashful Blue
- Other: circle punches, scallop punch, dimensionals

I love the simplicity of this card--the colors are so vivid, too!
